Where It All Began
Founded in 1963 by Anthony "Tony" Dion, our journey began with a simple dream: to bring authentic Italian flavors to American families. What started as a small neighborhood pizzeria in West Hollywood has grown into a beloved institution, but our commitment to quality and tradition remains unchanged.
Tony's passion for pizza-making was sparked during his childhood in Naples, where he learned the secrets of perfect dough and authentic sauce from his grandmother. When he immigrated to California, he brought these time-honored recipes with him, determined to share the true taste of Italy with his new community.
Today, three generations of the Dion family continue to uphold Tony's legacy, ensuring that every pizza is crafted with the same love, attention to detail, and dedication to quality that has made Dions a household name.
